The atmosphere created was special. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a private safe, climate control, and an iron inside the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail during my 2-night stay here. the staff were attentive throughout my visit. the room was exceptionally clean and provided a bath. the accommodation is in a remote location close to sightseeing places.

The rooms where reasonably spacious and exceptional with a mountain view kept by the excellent stuff. The location offered was stunning near to the train station, the museum nearby and taxi/driving.

The food is GREAT and excellent. The location is beautiful and nice, 3 miles from Hakone Glass Nomori Museum.

This hotel is ideally situated near a bus stop and close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring many attractions and sightseeing spots. the units offer beautiful mountain views, and there is a wide variety of excellent food available for meals. it's a short drive from the nearby museum and only 20 minutes from Saint Anne's Well.

I had a very relaxing two-night stay with meals included, the place was clean, and I loved the tranquil remote location near the Slipstream Sculpture.

Wonderful private onsen experience. Dyson hairdryer and foot massage in rooms. Delicious sukiyaki for dinner. Attentive and caring staff. Serene and new property with fantastic amenities.

The location of the hotel is amazing, it's conveniently situated near a museum and the bus stop which provides easy access to the train station and Sengokuhara. The room was spacious and absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the mountains.
